William Sirmans

Mr. William E. Sirmans, age 51 of Baldwin, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016. A retired auto mechanic, Mr. Sirmans was known for being the person to call when something needed to be repaired. He was always willing to help; from mowing his neighbor's yard to repairing an elderly person's porch. He enjoyed fishing, building model cars and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his daughters: Sandra (Christopher) Harvey of Macclenny and Jennifer (Nathan) Aldridge of Raiford; sisters: Robbie Snyder of North Carolina and Debbie (Rusty) Williams of Macclenny; brother-in-law: R.B. (Karen) Lauramore of Raiford; grandchildren: Gracie, Trenton, and Caitlin Crawford, Megan Gerace, Emily Harvey, and Anthony, Zachary, Tyler and Ariel Aldridge; nieces: Macy and Destiny Lauramore; and nephew: Dustin Lauramore. He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Mary Edith Sirmans and his sister: Angel Sirmans. Funeral services will be held 12:00pm, Monday, May 23, 2016 at the Manntown Congregational Holiness Church, Glen St. Mary, with Pastor David Hodges officiating. Burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery, Macclenny. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
