William Michael ("Frogg") Escorpizo

William Michael “Frogg” Escorpizo, 52, passed away on July 23, 2024 in his home surrounded by his beautiful wife and immediate family. Frogg drove a million miles around North Florida in his "Ole blue" and has now driven up to heaven to meet so many who have passed before.

Frogg is survived by the beautiful love of his life, Dana Escorpizo, his parents: Manuel and Judy Escorpizo and Ammie Osborne; his brothers: PeeWee Escorpizo and Daniel (Casanova) Nurse, Joey Norris; sisters: Angelina Escorpizo, Paige Osborne, Liz (Rick) Villarreal, daughters: Angel (Andrew) Marlow, Renee (Daniel) Perez; grandbabies: Emma (LP), Jason (Rocky), Layton (Hero), and Everleigh (ooha ooha) and so many more family and friends.

Frogg was a long-time resident of Wakulla and greeted everyone he came into contact with. He loved to man the grill at church and family functions. Many will recall Frogg hauling large loads up and down the highway and making sand donations to the local schools. He was always the first to volunteer and was so grateful to be able to help someone in need. He always loved to visit the local elementary schools and allow the student to crawl inside and have a nice experience of the trucker’s life.

Although Frogg was taken far too early, he lived a beautiful life. His family and friends meant the world to him and he cherished every moment with them. You would never see him happier than when one of his grandchildren walked into a room. They were the highlight of his life.

Frogg will have a day of celebration at River of Life Church in Crawfordville, Florida on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 10:30 AM with the family receiving friends at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, Frogg requested that donations to be made to Mayo Cancer Center to help in finding a cure for this horrible disease.
