Thelma Marlynn Crews Harvey, 67 of Baxter passed away unexpectedly November 15, 2019.

Mrs. Harvey was born in Lake City on September 9, 1952 to the late Mr. James T. and Almeta (Burnsed) Crews.

A lifelong resident of Baxter, Marlynn was a member of Baxter Community Baptist Church. She dedicated 34 years to the Northeast Florida State Hospital as a UTR Specialist. In her free time, she enjoyed being outside in her yard, gardening and tending to her flowers. She loved spending time with and cooking for her family, especially her grandkids. She also enjoyed thrift shopping when she found the time.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers: Walter Crews and Charles Crews.

She leaves behind to cherish the memories, her loving husband of 24 years: Mr. Tommy Harvey; her daughter: Tammy (Donald) Parker of Bryceville; son: Thomas Matthew Walker of Baxter; grandchildren: Ashley Marlynn Parker, Donovan James Parker, and Blade Matthew Walker; one great-grandchild: Marshall Lawrence Walker; her beloved dog: Gizmo; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

The family will be receiving friends Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 11:00 am until noon at Road to Calvary Church, Glen St. Mary.

A funeral service to honor Mrs. Marlynn's life will be held at 12:00 pm at Road to Calvary following the conclusion of the visitation.

She will be laid to rest in Moniac Cemetery.
