Ms. Salina Renee King, age 42 of Jacksonville, passed away Monday, February 11, 2019.
She was born in Jacksonville on December 17, 1976 to Mr. Eorl Carter and Ms. Patricia Gilliam.
To know her was to love her. Salina always had a smile on her face and knew exactly how to put a smile on everyone else's face as well. Her presence will be dearly missed by all.
Salina is survived by her parents; her sons: Zachary Gilliam of Jacksonville and Caleb Starrett of Macclenny; daughters: Rheanna Hodges and Destiny Gilliam both of Jacksonville; brothers: Eorl Carter Jr., Lenny Carter and James Carter all of Virginia; her sisters: Kristen White and Rhonda Tipton both of Jacksonville, Helen Farley of California, Heather Ezall of Lake City, and Lora Carter of Virginia; as well as multiple other family members and friends.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
The family will be holding a private Celebration of Salina's Life at a later date.
