Roxie B. Hunt

Ms. Roxie B. Hunt, age 87, of Glen St. Mary, FL passed away Saturday, Februar 1st in the Frank Wells Nursing Home, Macclenny, FL following an extended illness. Ms. Roxie was born in Macclenny and was a lifelong resident of Baker County. She worked for over 20 years in quality control at Macclenny Products until her retirement. Ms. Roxie loved her cats, sewing, and enjoyed working in her yard.

 She is preceded in death by her late husband, Lacy Leon Hunt, her parents, Colon and Lizzie Harris, step son, Charles Hunt, daughter in law, Gail Hunt and sisters, Arrie Rowe and Elouise Rhoden. She is survived by her daughter, Ronda Brown: step sons, Ricky Hunt and Mark Hunt (Aleisa): daughter in law, Rosemary Hunt. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.

 A graveside service to honor the life of Ms. Roxie will be held at 11:30 A.M., Friday, February 7th in Manntown Cemetery with Rev. Franklin Griffis officiating. A visitation and gathering will be held from 10 to 11 A.M. in the Chapel of Guerry Forbes Funeral Home with a procession to the graveside service.
