Mrs. Peggy Sue O'Berry, age 59 of Macclenny, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018. A lifelong Baker County resident, Mrs. O'Berry was the youngest child of the late Edward and Thelma C. Dinkins. She enjoyed living a simple life; going fishing, riding in the woods and going to yard sales. Mrs. O'Berry loved flowers and gardening and spending time with her family. She was a sweet natured woman who always put others before herself. She is survived by her husband of thirty three years: Clarence "Doodle" O'Berry; sons: Marcus (Renee) Brantley of Green Cove Springs, Tommy Crawford of Jacksonville, and Jason (Susan) O'Berry of Medford, Oregon; daughter: Tommie Sue (James) Swindell of Glen St. Mary; brother: Marcus (Joyce) Dinkins of Macclenny; sisters: Jean Barton, Joan Lyons, Alice Lauramore, and Liz (Rich) Lauramore all of Macclenny; and ten grandchildren. Also surviving is her beloved dog: Rudy. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother: Buster Spencer. Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Friday, April 6, 2018 at Community Full Gospel Church, Sanderson, where Mrs. O'Berry enjoyed attending. Pastor Tommy Richardson will officiate. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Macclenny. The family will receive friends 6-8:00pm, Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the church.
