Norma Jean Beal Gray, age 75, of Perry, Florida passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012. Born and raised in Picayune, MS and formerly of Spring Creek, Florida, she had lived in Perry for the past ten years where she was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. She was a talented seamstress who loved cooking, crossword puzzles, Facebook, researching geneaology, and especially spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her son: Michael (Ila Mae) Gray of Spring Creek; daughters: Patricia Gray Wolfe of Hillsborough, NJ, Deborah Gray (Paul) Fantini of Vernon, VT, Belinda Maddox (Charlie) of Picayune, MS, Marlene (Tommy) Harrison and Edna (Steve) Thomas of Perry, FL, Jolene (Scott) Helton of Starke, FL, and Sierra Gray of Perry, FL; brother: Billy Wayne Beal of Picayune, MS; sister: Janice (Donald) Stockstill of Columbus, MS. Eighteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by: her husband, William Robert "Bill" Gray Jr. and her daughter, Suzzett Renee Gray. Funeral services will be held 12:00pm, Monday, July 23, 2012 at Shady Sea Baptist Church, Spring Creek, Florida with Reverend Billy Gipson and Pastor Pat McArthur officiating. Mrs. Gray's sister-in-law, Sandi Dykes Ross will be the pianist. Interment will follow at Debra Nell Cemetery, Spring Creek.
