Michael A. "Mickey" Johnson

Mr. Michael A. "Mickey" Johnson Jr., age 36 of Athens, Georgia passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018. Mickey was born in Kentucky but spent most of his life in Hartsville, Tennessee before moving to Georgia. He was a generous, big-hearted man who loved spending time with his fiancé, his family, and his friends from the University of Georgia. A man with a sense of humor, Mickey loved joking around yet he was protective of his friends and loved ones. He enjoyed music and traveling, especially to Daytona Beach. He is survived by his father: Michael A. Johnson Sr. of Hartsville, TN; mother: Brenda Fay Creasy of Lafayette, TN; brothers: Matthew Johnson of Hartsville, TN and Jimmy Creasy Jr. of Lafayette, TN; sister: Kelly (Jeffrey) Creasy of Keystone Heights, FL; fiancé: Michelle Waits of Athens, GA; nephews: Adam Creasy Jr., Gavin Creasy, and Trevor Creasy; and nieces: Rose Creasy and Isabella Swan.
