Meriam Degennaro

Mrs. Meriam "Penny" DeGennaro, age 86 of Panacea, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015. A native of New York, Mrs. DeGenarro was a thirty year Wakulla County resident. She was an avid bowler and loved to entertain her family and friends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her sons: Jeffrey (Sandra) DeGennaro of Crawfordville and John (Nancy) DeGennaro of Smithtown, Long Island, NY; sister: Catherine Wasson of Statesboro, GA; three grandchildren: Lucas DeGenarro, Tiffany Thompson and Michael DeGenarro; and four great grandchildren: Asiah Thomas, Jada Thomas, Grace DeGennaro and Jack DeGennaro. She was preceded in death by her husband of thirty eight years: John P. DeGenarro; parents: Clark and Catherine Bellows; and her brother: Clark Bellows.
