Maxwell Douglas “Max” Cloud, age 60 of Blackshear, Georgia passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Memorial Hospital of Jacksonville. Max was born on September 15, 1962 in Jacksonville to the late Mr. Bennett and Irma Jean (Crews) Cloud. He would reside in the Orlando area for many years and was a graduate of Evans High School. His later years included time in Saluda, North Carolina until settling in Blackshear.
Max worked in the concrete industry for several years. His free time revolved around music. He was a talented musician, playing the bass and acoustic guitar, even being a part of a rock band. He thoroughly enjoyed bluegrass music as well and attending festivals.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Bennett Cloud and Irma Jean Anderson.
He is survived by a daughter: Loren Cloud of Jacksonville; siblings: Randy (Renee) Cloud of Clermont, and Audie (Kim) Beverly and Tami Price both of Blackshear; as well as extended family and friends.
Final Memorialization will be by cremation and a private graveside service will be held at a later date.
