Martha Porter

Ms. Martha Ann "Punch" Porter, age 67 of Sopchoppy, Florida passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2014. A lifelong Wakulla County resident, she loved quilting, crochet and going to yard sales. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her son: Edwin J. "EJ" Porter II of Sopchoppy; daughters: Angela (Steven) Wildes, Daniella (Matthew) Jones, and Charro Porter all of Sopchoppy; adopted daughters: Melissa Sanders of Sopchoppy and Twanna Harrell of Panacea; eight grandchildren, four nieces, and three nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-two years: Edwin J. "Eddie Jack" Porter; twin sons: Bobby and Robby Porter; parents: Leon and Frances Crum; sisters: Helen Syphurs and Betty Schwest. Graveside services were held Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Oak Park Cemetery, Sopchoppy. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Forbes Funeral Home, Macclenny.
