Marilyn Sanders

Ms. Marilyn Jane "Gal" Sanders, age 75 of Orlando, FL, passed away Monday, July 23, 2012. She was born April, 8, 1937 to the late Joseph Paul and Wenona Elizabeth Etheridge Miller. A retired floral designer, Ms. Sanders enjoyed arts and crafts, playing video and computer games, and spending time with her family, who she loved most of all. She is survived by her loving children: sons: Eddy (Cindy) Sanders Jr. of Sanderson, and Jack (Margorie) Sanders of Orlando; daughters: Donna Kay North of Jacksonville, Suzy (Keith) Cumpston of Glen St. Mary, and Wendy (Wayne) Vincent of Fernandina Beach; sister: Helen Wilson of Callahan; brother: Bo (Barbara) Miller of Callahan; fifteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews which she dearly loved. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ed Sanders Sr; her son: Bobby Miller; and her granddaughter: Destiny Rose Powell. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Cornerstone Congregational Methodist Church, Macclenny, FL with Pastor Eddy Sanders and Associate Pastor Mae White officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8pm, Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Cornerstone CMC.
