Ms. Lula Mae Gibson, 86, of Macclenny, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2011. She was born in Cynthianna, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Gilbert and Edna Griffin Jones. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband: Otis Gibson and daughter: Ann Norman. Survivors include sons: Woody Gibson of New Castle, Indiana; Delbert (Kay) Gibson of Deland, Florida; Gary (Glenda) Gibson and Richard (Beth) Gibson, both of Macclenny, a daughter: Jean (David) Weathington of Macclenny, Brothers: Tommy and Bobby Jones of New Castle, Indiana and a sister: Lucy Bell of Florida. Nineteen Grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren also survive. The family will receive friends, Friday, November 4, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Forbes Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 1:30pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Macclenny, Florida with Bishop Brent Whitney officiating.
