Leon Hart

Leon D. Hart, age 83 of Jacksonville and formerly of Interlachen, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2013. Mr. Hart was a retired truck driver who enjoyed fishing and playing cards. He was an avid NASCAR racing fan who loved to spend time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife: Cynthia Hart of Jacksonville; sons: Leon (Beth) Hart of Missouri, Mike (Shelly) Hart of Jacksonville, and John Hart of Macclenny; brother: Gene Hart of Interlachen; sister-in-law: Shirley Hart of Macclenny; nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughters: Debbie Hart and Leonette Lawrence; his brother: Daniel Hart; and grandson: Ken Atkinson. The family will hold a private memorial service.
