Kevin L Meister

Mr. Kevin Lynn Meister age 59, of Glen St. Mary passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016 following an extended illness. He was a native of Springfield, Ohio and has been a resident of Baker County for many years. He was a Teacher and a Basketball coach at Baker County Middle School for many years and was an avid Ohio State Football Fan. He also helped coach Baker County Touchdown Club Football and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his sons, Garrett Meister, of Palatka, FL, Bradley Meister of New York, Andy Fent of Ohio, step-sons Matthew McDonald and Bradley McDonald both of Macclenny, step-daughter, Ashley McDonald of Starke, his mother, Martha Lomatzsch of Byron, GA and sister Dawn Marie (Mark) McCurdy of Byron, GA . He was proceded in death by his wife Lisa Chapman-Meister, father Thomas F. Meister, and brother Terry Meister. A Celebration of his Life will be held 4:00 pm Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the Glen Friendship Tabernacle Church with Pastor Albert Starling officiating.
