Kapriece Kristine Swann, 55 of Macclenny and formerly of Jacksonville, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019 surrounded by her family.
Ms. Kapriece was born April 12, 1964 to the late Mr. Charles and Sandra (Jacobus) Bethune Jr. in Portsmouth, Virginia.
She spent most of her childhood in the Tampa area, then moved to Jacksonville, where she spent the majority of her adult life.
She worked as a bartender in Jacksonville for over 20 years, a job she thoroughly enjoyed.
In her spare time, Ms. Swann enjoyed the finer things in life. She loved shopping and getting her nails done. She had a beloved cat, named Max. She also liked traveling, her favorite destination being Las Vegas. She will be remembered by her family and friends as a kind and giving woman.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Kapriece leaves behind her daughter: Heather Swann of Macclenny; son: Joshua Swann of Macclenny; grandchildren: Kayla Darras, Aubrey Darras, and Donnie M. Morris; brother: Charles Bethune III of Rockledge, FL; close friend: Mick Voytek of Jacksonville; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
