Joyce F. Wilson

Ms. Joyce F. Wilson, age 80 of Macclenny, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018. Born in Macclenny to the late John W. and Delilah Combs Gainey, Ms. Wilson had been a near lifelong resident of Baker County. A retired cook, she enjoyed traveling with her family, watching TV, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her daughter: Vikki (Marcus) Crosby of Macclenny; brothers: Gene Gainey, Don Gainey, and Ricky (Pam) Gainey, all of Bradenton; sister: Diane (Jack Crews) Gainey of Macclenny; ten grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughters: Brenda Canaday and Karen Alexander. Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Thursday, April 26, 2018 in the chapel of Forbes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Taylor Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
