Iva Jean Harrell

Ms. Iva Jean Harrell, age 76 of Crawfordville, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016. Originally from Mississippi, Ms. Harrell was a long time Wakulla County resident. She spent many years as a waitress, working at the Coastal Restaurant and Julia Mae's. She also loved being on the water, fishing and oystering. Her very favorite pastime was playing Bingo. She loved her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons: Jeffrey (Deborah) Noe and Kelvin (Consuela) Noe, all of Tallahassee, David Noe of Jacksonville, and Roger (Debbie) Noe of Otter Creek; daughter: Yvonne Ramirez of Tucson, AZ; brothers: Billy (Sarah) Franklin of Moss Point, MS, Joe (Ann) Franklin of Eupora, MS, and Allen (Pat) Franklin of Irvington, AL; and sister: Margaret (Jerry) Wilson of Gautier, MS. Eighteen grandchildren and numerous step-children and great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents: Charles and Lucille Franklin; daughters: Carol Walker and Yvette Noe; and brother: Prentiss Franklin. Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Mt. Beasor Primitive Baptist Church, Sopchoppy, Florida with Elder Bruce Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Panacea Cemetery, Panacea, Florida. The family will receive friends 6-8:00pm, Friday, August 12, 2016 at Mt. Beasor Primitive Baptist Church.
