Elvie Mobley

Mrs. Elvie M. Mobley, age 84 of Sanderson, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014. A lifelong resident of Baker County, Mrs. Mobley was a homemaker and a member of the Macclenny Church of God, where she enjoyed attending. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her brothers: Jack (Jessie) Suggs of Jacksonville and Paul (Pam) Suggs of St. George, GA; sister: Elizabeth (Herman) Turk of Virginia Beach, VA: daughter-in-law: Patti Crews Mobley of Glen St. Mary; brother-in-law: Dolphus Webb of Chattanooga, TN; grandchildren: Shannon (Brandy) Mobley of Sanderson, Garrett Mobley of Glen St. Mary, Sarah Mobley of Glen St. Mary, and Jason Mobley of Jacksonville; and great grandchildren: Mallory, Zane, and Whitley Mobley and Kinley Mobley. She was preceded in death by her husband: Curtis E. Mobley; parents: Dillon A. and Ida C. Suggs; sons: David E. Mobley and Darrell D. Mobley; and sister: Rose Webb. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm, Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Macclenny Church of God with Reverend David Dinkins officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery, Macclenny.
