David Weathington

Mr. David G. Weathington, age 75 of Macclenny, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015. Mr. Weathington was a United States Navy veteran and owned a construction company. He enjoyed reading, watching FOX news and was an avid NASCAR fan. He loved spending time with his family and friends and raising bees. He is survived by his wife: Jean Weathington; sons: Todd (Teresa) Weathington and Landon Cates, all of Macclenny; daughters: Melissa (Kenny) Wichman of Macclenny, Grace (Mark) Jayroe of Jacksonville, and Heather (Scott) Smith of South Jordan, Utah; brothers: Raleigh (Joann) Weathington and Paul (Susie) Weathington all of Jacksonville. Eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Thursday, January 8, 2015 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Brother Mike Harrell officiating.
