Daniel K. Pearce

Mr. Daniel K. Pearce, age 61 of Spring Creek, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2016. He was born in Tallahassee, to Ms. Alaska Langston Brown and the late Mr. Willard Pearce Sr. He worked as a custodian for the Wakulla County School Board for many years until his health began to decline. Daniel enjoyed fishing and repairing and operating computers. He was a collector of many things. He enjoyed attending church at Shady Sea Missionary Baptist Church where he was a member. Daniel will be remembered for his love of people and laughter and his sense of humor. He is survived by his mother: Ms. Alaska Brown of Spring Creek; his brothers: Lionel (Judy) Pearce of Spring Creek and Frank (Donna) Pearce of Tallahassee. Many wonderful nieces, nephews and other family members also survive. He was preceded in death by his father: Willard Pearce and step-father: John Brown. A celebration of his life will be held 10:00am, Saturday, December 3rd, 2016 at Shady Sea Missionary Baptist Church, Spring Creek, Florida with Reverend Brandon Strickland officiating.
