Christopher Michael Johnson

~~Mr. Christopher "Chris" M. Johnson, age 43 of Glen St. Mary and formerly of Jacksonville, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017. Mr. Johnson was employed by Subway, Inc. He enjoyed music, attending concerts, and riding motorcycles. He was a fan of the Florida Gators and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Chris was very intelligent man with a quick wit; he loved telling a joke or pulling the occasional prank. He was a loyal friend and was loved by many. He is survived by his mother: Pat (Leroy) Washington of Glen St. Mary; sister: Angela (Jamie) Hancock of Glen St. Mary; brother: David M. Johnson of Jacksonville; grandfather: Jimmie Floyd of Glen St. Mary; niece: Kayla Tate and nephew: Michael Ray Tate Jr. both of Glen St. Mary; aunt: Cheryl (Ronnie) Morris of Jacksonville; and uncle: Steve (Teresa) Floyd of Glen St. Mary. He was preceded in death by his father: Michael W. Johnson; grandmother: Geraldine Floyd; and uncle: Jimmie Floyd Jr. A celebration of his life will be held at 4:00pm, Saturday, May 6th, 2017 at Celebration Park, Glen St. Mary.
