Brandi Swisstack

Ms. Brandi M. Swisstack, age 32 of Middleburg, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016. Ms. Swisstack was a pharmacy manager at CVS in Jacksonville and was formerly a server at the Sixth Street Steakhouse in Macclenny. She was known for her bubbly personality and was loved by all who knew her. She had a heart for helping anyone in need. Brandi loved fishing, shopping and spending time with her family and friends. Her greatest love was for her children and she was a dedicated mother. She is survived by her son: Jason M. Morgan Jr. of Taylor; daughter: Taylor M. Dyal of Jacksonville; mother: Cynthia (Julius) Williams of Jacksonville; father: Robert Swisstack; grandmother: Linda Conway of Live Oak; brothers: William Hampton and Joshua (Alicia) Williams all of Jacksonville; sister: Candice Brooks of Vivian, South Dakota; other family members: Mary, Chris, and Kelsey Dyal (grandmother, father and sister to Taylor Dyal); Freya Holmes and Jason Morgan Sr. (grandmother and father to Jason Morgan Jr.); and a very special person in her life: Branden Harvey of Sanderson. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members also survive. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Edward and Woodie Swisstack and grandfather: Denny Conway. A celebration of her life will be held 1:00pm, Friday, March 11, 2016 in the chapel of Forbes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
