Bonnie Joyce Tucker

Ms. Bonnie J. Tucker, age 73 of Macclenny and formerly of Maxville, passed away Monday, November 14, 2016. Bonnie was born in Clay Hill to the late Harry L. and Daisy Padgett. She was a bookkeeper for over forty years. Upon her retirement, she enjoyed shopping, watching game shows, and spending time with her grandchildren. Bonnie also enjoyed attending church and listening to bluegrass music, and was very active in the Maxville Community Center. She is survived by her son: Rocky (Leigh Anne) Walls of Macclenny; daughter: Cherie (Jimbo) Paine of Macclenny; brother: J.D. (Jean) Padgett of Maxville; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands: Marston Walls and Ralph Tucker; and brothers: Ernest Padgett, Joe Padgett, and Alvin Padgett. Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Thursday, November 17, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Maxville with Pastor Richard Fish officiating. Burial will follow at Long Branch Cemetery.
