Ms. Annie Ruth Roger, age 80 of Panacea, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2014. A member of the Panacea Full Gospel Assembly Church in Panacea, she enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her sons: James Carter of Panacea and Mike Carter of Tallahassee; six grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. The family will have a celebration of her life 11:00am, Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Panacea Full Gospel Assembly with Pastor BB Barwick officiating.
