Andrew Proctor

Mr. Andrew N. "Buddy" Proctor, age 72 of Macclenny, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015. A long time Baker County resident, Mr. Proctor retired from the old AAA Dairy Farm in Glen St. Mary. He liked to spend most of his time at home with his family and grandchildren, doing yard work and tinkering. He especially enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. He enjoyed fishing and cooking. Mr. Proctor was known for taking homemade cakes and brownies to the nurses at his doctor's office. He is survived by his wife of twenty seven years: Lora Proctor of Macclenny; daughters: Lisa (Michael) Sellers of Rehobeth, AL, Melissa Curbow of Macclenny, and Donna Lynn (Kenneth) McLendon of Wetumpka, AL; sons: Perry Gene (Shannon) Randall of Macclenny, Andrew (Tami) Proctor Jr. of Rehobeth, AL, Jason (Nina) Proctor of Dothan, AL, Carey (Amy) Randall of Starke, Jason (Charleena) Randall of Lehi, UT and Jeffery (Lori) Proctor, of Dothan, AL; brother: Johnny B. Proctor of Midland City, AL; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and four sisters. A celebration of his life will be held 3:00pm, Wednesday, October 14, 2015 in the chapel of Forbes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
