Amy Lynn Kelley, 36 passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019. She was a long time resident of Baker County and also Rainelle, WV.
She spent her time in Baker County employed by Northeast Florida State Hospital until she moved to West Virginia where she worked as a home healthcare provider, as well as for Child Protective Services. In recent years, she graduated from Valley College with a certification in medical billing and coding.
She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
She is survived by two daughters: Alyssa Dawn and Kierah Nicole, both of West Virginia; mother: Patricia "Pat" Kelley of Macclenny; father: James "Jim" (Connie) Kelley of Rainelle, West Virginia; sisters: Amber (Joe) Cardona of Jacksonville and Amanda (Roger) Raulerson of Sanderson; nephews, nieces, and other family members and friends.
Graveside services will be held Friday, June 14, 2019 at 11 o' clock AM at Manntown Cemetery.
